By downloading, accessing, or using JustTap, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The JustTap service
JustTap is a convenience tool that helps users record and recall parking information. Users may use the app free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is not a navigation, vehicle security, emergency, parking payment, or parking enforcement service.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying and managing your own parking details, complying with parking signs and rules, keeping your device secure, and safely using the app. Do not operate the app while driving. Saved floor numbers, photos, times, and coordinates may be inaccurate, incomplete, changed, or unavailable.
4. Optional permissions and external apps
Camera and foreground location permissions are optional and are used only for the features you select. Map and email actions may open third-party apps or websites governed by their own terms. JustTap is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
5. Ownership
JustTap, its visual design, software, name, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. No warranties and limitation of liability
JustTap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that parking information will be accurate, retained, or available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustTap and its developers are not responsible for lost vehicles, parking charges, towing, fines, missed transportation, lost or deleted data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
7. Termination
You may stop using JustTap at any time by deleting the app. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future versions of the app. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
