Email SupportOpen your phone's Settings app, select JustTap, and enable Camera or Location access. JustTap requests location only when you choose to save your current position.
Open Add Photo and keep using the shutter; each image saves automatically and the camera remains ready. In the gallery, swipe or use the arrow controls to move between photos, then pinch, double-tap, or use the zoom controls for a closer look.
Photos are stored locally with the app. They may be removed if you clear Airport / Other parking, delete the photo, uninstall the app, or restore without app data.
JustTap remembers location or lot names on your device and suggests them as you type. Tap the delete control beside a recent name to forget it.
Apple and Google control when native rating prompts appear and may suppress them based on store limits or device eligibility.
Use Clear on the current parking card, Clear History for previous floor records, or Clear in Airport / Other. Destructive current-parking actions ask for confirmation. Previous floor records, recent location names, and parking photos can also be deleted individually.
